Waterloo Chess Academy is proud to introduce a year-round chess program in the heart of Cambridge! This engaging and educational program is open to all children across the city, and especially suited for beginners—while welcoming players of all skill levels who enjoy the game and want to improve.

Led by experienced chess coaches, students will learn and strengthen essential chess concepts through structured lessons, supervised games, tournaments, and fun challenges.

Ages: 6 to 16
Time: Tuesdays, 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Dates: September 16, 2025 – June 16, 2026
Breaks: No class on December 23, December 30, March 17, and April 7

Pricing & Payment

$120/month (includes all materials and equipment)

  • First payment required to reserve a spot

  • Recurring monthly payments begin one month after the program starts

  • Cancel anytime with a minimum 30-day written notice to info@waterloochess.ca

  • No refunds for the current month after it has started
